Wristlet's can be made in a great
deal of ways. Below you will find yet another group of ideas.
This time we are using silk flowers and hot glue.

You will need to click on these photos
in order to see the larger views. I have taken wire (shown on the
bottom of the photo) taped and formed into loops. These looped wires
are used to attach to an elastic wristlet and also a pipe cleaner.
The two shown in the top of photo have thin ribbon tied to wire where a
person wearing wristlet would tie the ribbon in bow to hold onto
arm.

With these instructions, we show two
wristlet examples. One on a pipe cleaner (you may want to use
another color which blends into the color of an arm) and the other is
hooked onto an elastic wristlet. You will notice that we have taped
two wires together and formed into loops like little wire flowers.
We then attach these to the wristlet and start hot gluing leaves.
The reason I am showing the pipe
cleaner idea is due to the fact of cost. Elastic wristlets run $1.00
and pipe cleaners .05.
|
| Here we have hot glued the leaves and
are adding a ribbon bow to center of bottom wristlet. Just remember
to work in layers. Leaves, filler, bow, and flowers.
|
|
Also, angle your flowers here upward
instead of laying totally on the side of flower. Finished and ready
to wear.
|
| This wristlet uses a larger flower
instead of bow and flowers. Also, since using a pipe cleaner, you
will form each end of the pipe stem into a loop. The person will
just hook loops together when wearing. Finished and ready to wear.
You can see now how easy this is and depending on the
flowers used, this will certainly determine your overall cost. One
ring of small garland leaves and a simple bush of flowers could make a
great many wristlets with low cost.
