Statice comes in many colors.  White, blue, purple and yellow.  They are also ethylene sensitive, which causes accelerated wilting.  You will cut, dip with "Quick Dip" and place in water with flower food. 

Also 10% sugar added to the flower food will extend the life of the florets.

Store at 33-35F.  Vase life 4-8 days plus. 

Also, statice dries well to be used in permanent arrangements.
