Fresh
Cut Dendrobium
Dendrobiums are delivered to
flower shops in shredded paper with their stems inserted in water
tubes. If they appear to be stressed, submerge entire stem and
flowers under water to hydrate. Cut stems, dip in "Quick
Dip" and place in water with flower food solution.
Do not refrigerate dendrobium orchids,
unless the temperature setting is above 55F. Store at room
temperature. Dendrobium cuttings should last at least two weeks.
If orchids show any sign of
transparency, lightly mist backs with Design Master's Flat White Paint.
