Bird of Paradise

Bird of Paradise is a boat-shaped holder containing 4 to 5 flowers.  When one exposed flower withers, another one can be pulled out.  They are not ethylene sensitive but are sensitive to temperatures under 44F.

Flowers will last longer if cut and placed in flower food solution with 10% sugar.  Vase life is 7-14 days.If the flowers fail to emerge, the first flower can be gently eased out by hand and will normally provide good display life.
